Blogging 101: Make a Prompt Personal

There are many things that I believe in. I feel like if you don’t have something to believe in, then what are you working towards?

I Believe

For today’s prompt, tell us three things that you believe in your heart to be true. Tell us three things you believe in your heart to be false.

Here are 3 things I strongly believe in:

  1. That there has to be something out there. When I say that, I’m taking about religion. I would say that I am a Christian. However, I do collect and believe in some beliefs from other religions as well. I think people can believe in whatever they find to be helpful to them. Many people believe that only their God or belief is true but who’s to say that they aren’t all true?
  2. That people can genuinely be good. Yes, there are some people that I would say aren’t good people but I believe everyone has the potential to be a good person whether or not you are born as a bad person or a good person; it’s about choices.
  3. I believe each and every person has the potential to change the world. Not just change someone’s life, but the world. Whether it is for good or for bad. I could also agree that by changing someone’s life, you are changing the world.

Here are 3 things I believe to be false:

Well this is the next prompt but when thinking about it, nothing comes to mind right away. I almost always see both sides of a belief or an argument so it’s hard for me to say that I strongly believe something is false. Sure I have things I think are false but nothing that I feel very strongly about. Or maybe I just can’t think of anything at the moment. I’ll keep you updated.
